1. “engagement shoot” covers consultation, planning, time and photographers talent, ONE fine art photographic print (photographer’s pick).
2. We are offering this as an opportunity to spend time with you get to know you learn about your wedding vision and dreams see if we are a match. You acknowledge we are doing this with you to get to know you, hoping we hit it off and are a perfect match.
3. Shoots are within one hour of the JAX Photography studio (located in Chesapeake Beach MD). destination sessions are possible with reimbursement of travel expenses.
4. You agree to a 20-minute zoom call after your session or in studio session to choose your favorites and you will be offered special pricing for printed treasures.
5. You must not already have hired, booked, or signed a contract with another wedding photographer, we believe these sessions are very important to help you on your wedding day. We truly want to get to know you, and we are doing these sessions to help you see if we are a perfect fit.
